To reserve your spot on one of our small-group Scotland tours, simply visit the tour page of your choice.

Scotland’s weather can be unpredictable, so for your day tour, we recommend bringing light waterproof clothing and sturdy hiking boots or shoes to keep you comfortable.
During certain times of the year (mainly April – September), midges can be a nuisance, so midge repellent is a good idea.
If you’re lucky enough to enjoy a sunny day, sun cream will come in handy, while in colder months, warm clothing, gloves, and a hat will help keep you comfortable.

We ask all clients to arrive at least 15 minutes early for their tour to ensure a prompt departure.
If you’re running late, please contact us as soon as possible at +44 1312 418292, and we’ll do our best to arrange an alternative tour if space is available.
However, please note that this cannot be guaranteed.

For our daily group tours, all clients meet at the designated tour start locations, as we do not offer a pickup service.
However, if you have booked a Fully Private Tour, we will arrange pickup and drop-off from your accommodation anywhere in Scotland.
For multi-day tours, we will pick you up from the pre-booked accommodation each day while you’re on tour.

For all Tour options any cancellation by you must be made in writing, by email or by a letter sent using a “signed for” method of postage. Only the person who made the booking may cancel the booking.
Single Day Group Tours
Any cancellation for our Single day group tours 8 or more days before the tour start day, you will be issued a full refund
Cancelling between 4 and 7 days before the tour start date you will be issued a 50% refund
Cancelling 3 days or less of the tour, full payment is needed.
In the event of not showing up for your single day group tour for the Tour Check-in time, you will be charged 100% of the cost
Multi-Day Group Tours
Any Cancellation of a multi-day group tour, 16 or more days before the tour start day, you will be issued a 90% refund of the total tour cost
Cancelling 15 days or less, you must pay 100% of your total booking price
In the event of not showing up for your multi-day group tour, you will be charged 100% of the cost
Fully Private Tour of any duration
For Fully Private Tours of any duration, Cancelling 61 or more days before the start date of your Private Tour, you must pay 25% of your total price
Cancelling from 60 to 31 days before the start date of the Private Tour, you must pay 50% of your total price
Cancelling 30 days or less, including on the day of the Private Tour, you must pay 100% of your total price
Should one or more member of your group cancel, it will increase the per person cost of those still travelling and you will be liable to pay this increase.
Please note: that certain arrangements may not be amended after they have been confirmed and any alteration or cancellation could incur a cancellation charge of up to 100% of that part of the arrangements in addition to the charge above, regardless of when the trip is cancelled. If this is the case, we will show evidence of lost money
Please Note: We highly recommend buying appropriate Travel Insurance to cover you for every eventuality, such as though not limited to, you being unable to participate in your tour, falling ill or not being able to travel with us due to flight cancellation.

During My Scotland Tour

We do not include entry fees for attractions on our daily single or multi-day group tours, allowing each client the freedom to choose whether they’d like to enter each location as we explore Scotland.
However, the cost of ferries is included on our multi-day tours.

Vehicle Information & Onboard Facilities
What size are your vehicles?
All our Group Tour Vehicles are 9-seaters, fully air-conditioned, and modern, ensuring a comfortable “Extra Small Group” touring experience.Can I book a specific seat on the vehicle?
Seats cannot be pre-booked; seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.Are there toilets on the vehicle?
There are no onboard toilets, but we make regular stops for bathroom breaks throughout the tour.Can I take food or drink onto the vehicle?
Yes, we allow bottled drinks, hot drinks with a secure lid, and cold food on board.Are there charging ports on the vehicle?
Yes, there are a limited number of charging ports available in our vehicles.

Our Tour Guides will be taking you to some remote and off the beaten track location in the Scottish Highlands and there is a chance you may not have a signal
