Who Our Partner Programme is For

We’re a good fit if you are:

  • A hostel, hotel, B&B or guesthouse in Scotland with guests asking “Which tour should we book?”

  • A tour desk or visitor centre looking for reliable, well-run day tours and multi-day trips to recommend.

  • A content creator – blogger, YouTuber, Instagram or TikTok creator – with an audience interested in Scotland.

  • A travel agent or group organiser putting together trips to Scotland.

If your guests or audience are looking for authentic, small-group experiences rather than big-bus sightseeing, we’d love to work with you.

How it Works

Step 1 – We set up your partner account

  • We’ll create a Partner account in our booking system and agree on your commission and, if relevant, any discount code you’d like to offer your guests.

Step 2 – You get your unique tracking links

  • You’ll receive special links to our website and tour pages.
    Anyone who starts their booking journey through these links is automatically tracked and attributed to you.

Step 3 – Your guests book directly with us

  • Guests book and pay through our secure booking system as normal. We handle all the customer service, payment, and tour operations.

Step 4 – You get a live dashboard and monthly payouts

  • Completed, paid tours are shown in your live partner dashboard, and we pay your commission once a month for the previous month’s travel.

What You Earn

Commission:

  • Our standard commission is 10% of the net tour price actually paid by the guest.

  • When commission is earned:

    • Only on completed tours with a final status of PAID / COMPLETED after the tour date.

    • No commission is paid on cancelled or fully refunded bookings.

  • Payouts:

    • We pay once a month, on or around the 1st, for tours that took place in the previous month.

    • There is a £50 minimum payout. If your commission for a month is under £50, it simply rolls over to the next month.

When you join the programme, you’ll receive:

  • Unique tracking links to our website and specific tours.

  • Optional QR codes for reception desks, posters or welcome emails.

  • Access to a live partner dashboard, so you can see bookings and commission attributed to you.

  • A clear summary of your commission structure and payout schedule.

  • Help with content ideas if you’d like to feature our tours on your blog, social media, or email list.

Partner & Affiliate T&C’s

  • When someone uses your unique link, our booking system records your Partner ID in the background. Any eligible bookings that begin with your link are automatically attributed to you.

  • No. Guests book and pay directly with us. We handle all customer communication, payments and tour operations. You simply refer them and earn commission on completed tours.

  • If a tour is cancelled or fully refunded, no commission is paid on that booking. If we refund a tour after you’ve already been paid commission, we may adjust this in your next payout.

  • By default, our partner programme offers 10% commission and no discount.
    In some cases, we can agree on a split (for example, a smaller commission plus a guest discount). If you’d like to discuss this, mention it in your application, and we’ll see what’s possible.

  • No. There’s no fixed minimum volume. The only limit is the £50 payout threshold – anything below that just rolls over to the next month until you reach £50.

  • Yes. You can opt out of the programme at any time. We’ll still pay commission on any eligible, completed tours that were booked before you stopped.
