Scotland is renowned for its stunning scenery, rich history, and unique culture. But one aspect of Scottish culture that often takes centre stage is its food. From haggis to tablet, Scottish cuisine has a distinct flavour that's both hearty and comforting. But what do people from other countries think of Scottish food? That's what we wanted to find out.

In this video, we took to the streets of Edinburgh armed with some of Scotland's most iconic dishes and invited foreigners to try them out. We approached people from all over the world, from Taiwan to Canada, and asked them to give us their honest opinions on Scottish cuisine.
